Refund policy

Applicability

This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements, advisory packages, and deposits invoiced by FuturePath Hub Software Consulting (FuturePath Hub Software Consulting Co., Ltd.). General website browsing remains free.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when we cancel a scheduled engagement, when a prepaid block of hours remains unused and no deliverables were produced from those hours, or when required by applicable Thai consumer protection rules for the specific transaction.

Timeframe

Written refund requests should be sent within 14 calendar days of the invoice date for unused prepaid blocks, or within 7 calendar days of a cancelled workshop date. Proposed window — pending business confirmation.

Partial refunds

Work already performed — including discovery calls billed as fixed fees, merged pull requests, or delivered reports — is non-refundable. Third-party costs (travel booked, store developer account fees paid on your behalf) are passed through at cost.

Process

Email info@futurepath-hub.digital with your invoice reference and reason. We acknowledge within 3 business days and respond with approval or explanation within 10 business days.

Method and timing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, otherwise by bank transfer in THB. Processing typically completes within 14 business days after approval.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Advisory sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit prepaid session fees as stated in your statement of work.

Deposits

Project deposits are applied to the final invoice unless the engagement is cancelled before work starts, in which case up to 50% of the deposit may be retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Proposed term — pending business confirmation.
