Engagement model
How FuturePath Hub structures mobile programming consulting projects and advisory sessions in Thailand.
Discovery and scoping
You send a written brief or use our inquiry form. We schedule a video call to confirm platforms, repositories, and success criteria. A short discovery note captures risks, assumptions, and proposed deliverables.
Statement of work
Each engagement is documented with scope, timeline, communication rhythm, and fees. Until a statement of work is signed, nothing here constitutes a binding quote. Deposits, if any, follow the terms in that document.
Delivery cadence
Work happens in your Git hosting environment with agreed review gates. We favour async updates for Phuket–Bangkok–EU time zones, with optional on-site workshops along Chaofa East Road when travel is practical.
Handover
Closing deliverables may include architecture diagrams, recorded walkthroughs, and a backlog of follow-up tasks your team can schedule independently.
